How is the refrigeration unit installed?

1. Installation of evaporator for refrigeration unit
In cold storage refrigeration engineering, evaporators mainly use direct cooling exhaust pipe type and air-cooled fan type. Usually there are steel pipes, copper pipes, and aluminum pipes, all of which are smooth pipes. However, in addition to smooth tubes, aluminum tubes also have double finned tubes and triple finned tubes. Customize various pipe laying methods and pipe racks based on the layout and specific dimensions of the warehouse site design, as well as the length and density of the pipes. Then, according to the design drawings, the entire pipe rack should be firmly installed on the four walls and the top of the warehouse, and the installation should be standardized, firm, and reliable. Install a series of projects such as defrosting and drainage pipes.
For air-cooled cold storage that is not afraid of dry air, we will choose a cold air fan evaporator. Installation is simpler, more convenient, and faster than tube evaporators. Simply lift the entire cooling fan firmly to the top of the warehouse edge according to the design. Install another U-shaped bend in the warehouse to connect the drainage pipe of the cooling fan to the outside.
For standard and large-scale refrigeration systems, in addition to the four main equipment of the system, some auxiliary equipment also needs to be installed. Such as high-pressure storage tanks, gas-liquid separators, oil collectors, air separators, subcoolers, liquid supply control stations, electrical control consoles (boxes or cabinets), emergency ammonia discharge devices for ammonia refrigeration systems, etc. The two-stage refrigeration cycle system is also equipped with intercoolers, low-pressure circulation drums, etc.
After the installation of the entire system, pressure inspection (pressure test), leakage test (leak detection), and sewage discharge should be carried out according to the specifications and standards; Paint and insulate according to regulatory requirements; Vacuum, refrigerant filling, etc.
2. Debugging of refrigeration system
In refrigeration systems, the installation height of the condenser is usually only higher than the top of the compressor. The exhaust and return resistance should be reduced. Based on the system size and environmental conditions, most small fluorine refrigeration systems use air-cooled condensers installed on the same common foundation as the unit. A slightly larger air-cooled condenser needs to be installed separately in a reasonable outdoor location. If the water source conditions are good, in order to improve refrigeration efficiency, a horizontal water-cooled condenser can be installed and configured under the compressor.
The condenser of large and medium-sized refrigeration systems adopts vertical or horizontal shell and tube water condenser, spray water condenser, evaporative condenser, etc. according to the conditions and applicable needs. The installation height should be higher than the compressor and air storage tank. The installation of multiple parallel condensers, regardless of their size, should be based on the bottom of each condenser being at the same height.
There are many debugging projects for refrigeration systems, involving a wide range of aspects, with precise debugging and strict requirements. This article mainly studies the debugging of single-stage refrigeration cycle. With the development of freeze-drying technology, vacuum freeze-drying machines are widely used in fields such as biology, medicine, and nanomaterial preparation.
